Obtaining personal data from our students

Any personal data that you may be asked to provide whilst working through any ITC Learning and Development training programme will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.

Personal data, such as an e-mail or postal address or a telephone number, will be held for the purposes of:

• Communication regarding the applicable training programme
• Communicating with regulatory bodies including but not exclusively (Awarding Bodies and Government agencies)

If you subsequently choose to submit any personal data, you are thereby giving your consent for that data to be held and processed for the stated purpose(s).
