Why do I need to complete the training?
Ensuring accurate training and competence records are kept is essential to help ensure compliance through the FSA regulations. The training programme will provide you with up to date knowledge and develop your understanding of your responsibilities when dealing with finance and insurance products. On completion of the training you will be presented with a certification from Institute of the Motor Industry.

When do I need to complete the training?
Training needs to be completed on an annual basis.  This will ensure that accurate training and competence records are regular and up to date. The renewal of your training licence will be on the anniversary of the date of purchase. You will be provided with your own Study Calendar, this allows the you to not only record your professional development, but you can also note appointments and training courses. You can be issued with reminders via e-mail.

The training platform is extensively updated and modified to include new materials, study aids and compliance tools.  It is also faster and easier to use combined with more interaction than before. Right now, we can’t wait for you to take advantage of our new training courses and hope that you continue to enjoy our dynamic learning experience. We have added an extra three training courses completely free of charge; Health & Safety, Money Laundering and Data Protection Act, simply use your existing User ID and password and log on to our new look training today!
